Can you have breast implant surgery without being put to sleep?

I mean of course I do not want to feel anything, but I also do not want to be put all the way to sleep.

    No. There is no way for you NOT to be “put to sleep” during the procedure.

    idk why u would wanna be awke when u get surgery but ask and see if the doctor can do it like that but idk if thay will ( =

    Yes. My wife had this done. They used something called Twilight Sedation”. She wasn’t completely out, but she doesn’t remember anything from the surgery. She has a nice rack.

    That’s an awfully long procedure to have done while you lay awake. I’m guessing that it’s probably possible since they can do certain brain surgeries while the patient is awake and alert but I don’t know why you would want to. And I highly doubt you are going to find a surgeon that is going to be willing to do it.

    Yes. I have a cousin who got her first breast surgery done being put under. Then when she was unhappy with her size and wanted to go bigger, she decided to save some money by just using local anestesia the second time around. Ask your doctor though, not all might be willing to do that.
