I have decided on saline. Is saline more prone to leaking. Since they are not as heavy as silicone I didnt now if they would be more prone to leakage. Also do they effect breast feeding? I heard that the cost can be close to $25-50K, complications can occur, and it may cause breast cancer later on. My question for you is why would women want breast implants over natural looking breasts (natural beauty)? I’ve seen some women do breast augmentation and they looked better going in then coming out, so why then would women still do this?

i had the surgery 2 years ago. I ahve been having alot of pain in my boobs the last couple weeks and they are very sensitive and sore. At one moment one side will hurt and later the other side and at times there both fine. They also feel fuller. My periods due tomorow but I’ve never had pain like this from that. My upper left arm has also fealt odd since yesterday as if I was punched or had excersized but I hadn’t. Any one know what could be wrong with me?

How long does it take before her breast will be the way they will look. I just want to know the normal time period that it takes to heal up and what they mean when they say that the implants have to finish dropping. I thought that once the doctor placed the implants in and stitched her up, thats the way she would look?
