How can i tell if my breast implant got an infection again?

On March 2007 i had breast augmentation done btu on my right breast i got an infection so on august 2007 i had the implant removed and now on october i just had it replaced. its been 3 days and my breat feels tender i dont know if it is because it is swollen or if it might had gotten infected again anybody have an idea what it can be? i see the doctor for a check up on monday but i am very worried and need atleast an opinion before that.

Fever would be a tell-tale sign so look for any increase above normal (98.6). Also redness or heat from the area as well as body aches/chills may be present in infection. Are you on oral antibiotics?
Are they worth it?
Do you have a fever? Are you oozing pus (even if not an infection is still possible)?
Get to the Dr. ASAP. Most likely it’s just swelling and soreness, but don’t mess around with it.
