I think anything natural is better than a fake breast implant. Implants are gross. But if you must, at least get a B cup. Anything bigger on an A cup chest will just look fake, obvious, and porn-star-ish.
Your boobs will look so fake and terrible if you get breast implants. There are a lot of bad possibilities too. I think it’s better to just be natural and droopy.
If you must and think it would improve how you look and feel, then go for a smaller size. Think about having them lifted instead. A natural size is better than any fake boobs.
The plastic surgeon will loan you some “fakes” to try out before you have the surgery. Try both sizes! and go shopping and try on clothes - see how shirts and dresses will fit you with both sizes on. The important thing - get a _good_ plastic surgeon. This isn’t the time to look for bargain! And if you want get big boobs and strut your stuff - think it over seriously, but then if it’s really what you want, then go for it!

you should really weigh it out. if you are married, and your significant other thinks that you are beautiful and will love you no matter what, you should listen to them. if you end up getting implants and they suck, you’ll have droopier, flatter breasts than you started with, plus scars, stretch marks, and possible loss of sensitivity. in my opinion as a male with a healthy sexual appetite, i can tell you that curves are sexy, but a good personality is sexier- implants usually come out gross looking. really think about why you want them, and if the pros outweigh the cons, and you still want them- go for it. but definitely consider it first. also consider that when you age, your kids will have a mom with big tits that all their school friends will want to see… starting in middle school…
I would say go with the small natural, but obviously you don’t feel comfortable with it, so I’d say the C cup. I think that’s the perfect size. You’ll have nice, perkier breasts, but they won’t look huge and fake, not to mention disgusting and sleazy like most celebrities and hookers have.
You’ll also have the option to have an implant outside of, or under the muscle. The ones outside of the muscle need to be re-done/re-perked every several years. The ones under the muscle don’t, but they hurt extremely bad I’ve heard.
Either way, if you do get implants, get a C cup, or maybe even a B. They look way more natural and sexy than Ds! They also won’t be as heavy, or hurt your back as much as Ds would. Just something to think about

Do yourself a favor. The next time you get out of the shower. Before you do make up or hair. Stand in front of the mirror drop the towel and smile. I’ll be willing to bet the person in the mirror will smile back. Then pick up the towel an enjoy your day.

But, I just got implants and I love em. I’m 48, been flat all my life, wanted em, no regrets. And they’re not Big-Uns, just Somethings!!

It depends on your body. When you go in to talk to the doctor he/she will tell you what they think would be best with the rest of your body.

i think that natural is always better but if you REALLY feel you have to get a C
My wife is a sub-A (always has been), and currently pregnant with our second and last child.
I went shopping with her, and she tried on various nice dresses with various stuffed bras. I liked the B best, C was OK. D just looked all wrong.
Get them big enough that you can buy clothes easily off the rack - but not so big you’re top heavy.
