Is there any kind of breast implant that doesn’t need to be changed/replaced ever?

My girlfriend had a breast implant 10 years ago, and the kind she have need to be replaced after a 10 years period. She wants to know if there is a new kind of implant that hasn’t to be replaced ever.

    No, they all need to be replaced. All the FDA approved ones. Its just a disadvantage of having implants.
