I am underweight, and I am hoping to get breast implants soon. Should I reach my ideal weight before getting them? Will being underweight effect them in any way??

Yes, breasts consist of a lot fatty tissue. It is very possible when you gain weight they will fill out a bit. Don’t expect to go up two cup sizes. However, you may find if you gain weight you will be more happy with the size of your breasts.
i think the surgen has a weight requriment that you have to be at. and since you are underweight you most likely need to gain some weight. this is mostly for you safety.
hope that helps

Yes you should wait until you’re at your ideal weight because weight gain or loss really affects your breasts. You don’t want to spend the $ on implants, gain weight then hate that your breasts are uneven.
