Can breast cancer form under the muscle, whether there is an implant or not?
I’m thin, tall, ok butt, ok middle, no boobs. I need them to fit into clothes, not to please a man.

Breast cancer if it were to form grows within the breast tissue in most cases. The breast tissue is over the Pectoral muscle. This is one of the reasons most plastic surgeons place breast implants “under the muscle” to get the implants out of the way and make mammograms more “do-able.” Good luck with your surgery.
