What are the signs that a silicon breast implant was damaged?

    There would be a change in shape and volume and most likely discomfort too - this is really unlikely these days though - silicone implants are filled with silicone gel and even if you cut them with a knife the gel stays put and doesn’t leak away.
    If you’re unsure go to your gp and get referred for a scan.
