		<description>When ever you have surgery on your breasts, you are at risk for damaging the glands that produce milk.  Often times though, if a woman just has a straight forward procedure(no lift or tissue removed) she will be able to breastfeed successfully.  Yes, your breasts will still swell when you're pregnant.  However, if you can't produce milk, they obviously won't become engorged.</description>

		<description>yes, breasts will continue to grow--but every woman is different.  some grow more than others, with or without implants.  most women with implants will still be able to breastfeed, unless there was a lot of damage done to the milk ducts during the surgery.  it is not dangerous at all.  here is a site that will answer more of your questions.</description>
