When do we know the saline filled breast implant ruptured?

It’s kinda an embarrasing question to ask , but when do we know that the breast implant you have saline filled specifically deflated or ruptured?

    It will be obvious. That happened to my friend & the side that ruptured was much smaller than the other side.

    I would’ve thought distortion of the architecture. I’d also imagine you would have a tingling sensation due to the salinity.
